About Us
After working in real estate debt and equity for over ten years each with over $10bn of transaction experience, the principals of Mission Equities launched Mission Equities in 2024. To date, Mission has assembled a portfolio of six assets totaling approximately 165k SF / $16mm under management across strategic markets in California. Since inception, the company has added asset management and property management services to its initial acquisition focus.
Drawing from its institutional experience, Mission Equities outperforms by applying an underwriting framework of relative value, risk management, and financing sophistication atypical in its target markets. Every investment is underwritten, managed, and executed by the principals to ensure optimal performance and risk management. Our approach emphasizes going-in and stabilized yield over optimistic financing and exit projections to prioritize cash flow over capital events.
To drive cash flow, we focus on properties with untapped potential in rental upside and expense compression. We leverage our deep operator and broker relationships to verify market strength and leverage technology to enhance efficiencies to expedite stabilization.
